About Romona Dancz

I’m Romona Dancz a real estate agent with Exit King Realty. I am a retired business owner from Chippewa Lake Michigan. I bought my FL home in 2016, sold my business in 2019, sold my home in MI in 2021 and moved full time to Florida. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 37 years. We have 2 married sons and 2 grandsons who all live in SC. Our sons are in the military, both about 15 years now, Army Reserves and Air Force. In 2010 I went through breast cancer and I’m now cancer free. I’m 55 and full of energy, I like to dance and pontoon ride the Inter coastal ways. I believe in Jesus as my personal savior and I care about people. I believe in building relationships with people before expecting them to trust me. In January I began working with Exit King Realty. I really love the idea of working by referral. To work by referral, I need to get to know people and help them get to know me so they can trust me.
